Prior to your scheduled appointment, please ensure the following:
- The property is organized and prepared to facilitate the virtual tour scan and/or photoshoot. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness will optimize the quality of the images captured.
- To respect the homeowner's privacy, ensure that personal items such as photos and awards are out of view. Every aspect of the property will be showcased in the virtual tour scan.
- Your designated camera technician will reach out to you via WhatsApp one day before the scheduled appointment.
- Please arrive punctually for your appointment, as our camera technicians operate on tight schedules.
- Upon arrival at the premises, our camera technicians will promptly commence the virtual tour scan.
During the virtual tour scan, please take note that:
- We kindly request that all rooms be vacant, including tenants, contractors, homeowners, and pets. For example, occupants may choose to remain home while the camera technician works in another room.
- Our camera technicians will conduct the virtual tour scan based on the property’s existing layout and decoration, refraining from any involvement in moving or repositioning furniture or large items.
- If the property is not adequately prepared for the virtual tour scan, we kindly request that you consider rescheduling the appointment (please take note of the cancellation policy set out below).
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions leading to poor lighting (as determined by the camera technician), we recommend rescheduling the virtual tour scan. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled date and time. Modifications can be conveniently made either through the RealAgent app or the Real360 website.
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions leading to poor lighting (as determined by the camera technician), we recommend rescheduling the virtual tour scan.
