Rescheduling and cancellation can be done up to 12hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To reschedule your scan,
1) Open RealAgent App or Download RealAgent via:
- iOS App Store: RealAgent by REA https://apps.apple.com/app/id6444793428
- Android Google Play: RealAgent https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.proconnet.app&pli=1
2) Login using your Real360 account credentials, click RealVision, then Real360 "Book Now!"
3) Click "Scheduler" > "Upcoming" > Select the booking that you wish to reschedule.
4) Update your time slot by selecting the new desired date / time.
5) Click "Save" to save your changes.
6) You will receive an email notification once your booking update is confirmed.
To cancel your scan,
1) Open RealAgent App or Download RealAgent via:
- iOS App Store: RealAgent by REA https://apps.apple.com/app/id6444793428
- Android Google Play: RealAgent https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.proconnet.app&pli=1
2) Login using your Real360 account credentials, click RealVision, then Real360 "Book Now!"
3) Click "Scheduler" > "Upcoming" > Select the booking that you wish to cancel.
4) Click "Cancel Booking" > "Confirm Cancel"
6) You will receive an email notification once your booking is cancelled.
