I understand that you are looking to cancel your booking.
Please note that we allow cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. However, it's important to keep in mind that our time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, while you can cancel within the specified time frame, there's a possibility that the same time slot may not be available in the future.
To cancel your scan,
1) Open RealAgent App or Download RealAgent via:
- iOS App Store: RealAgent by REA https://apps.apple.com/app/id6444793428
- Android Google Play: RealAgent https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.proconnet.app&pli=1
2) Login using your Real360 account credentials, click RealVision, then Real360 "Book Now!"
3) Click "Scheduler" > "Upcoming" > Select the booking that you wish to cancel.
4) Click "Cancel Booking" > "Confirm Cancel"
6) You will receive an email notification once your booking is cancelled.
