The price of each 360 virtual tour scan (residential only) is determined by the property's size rather than the property type.
- If your property is <2,000 sqft, you will only need to pay for 1 base virtual tour scan at $98.
- Every additional 1,000 sqft of the built-up area will have an additional charge of $25. This add-on is not applicable to Marketing Content Kit (MCK).
For example:
- If the built-up area of your property is 1,800 sqft, the total price will be $98.
- If the built-up area of your property is 3,800 sqft, you will be required to pay $98 (base) + $50 (add-on).
