For Existing Users (with account & credits):
1) Download RealAgent App via:
iOS: RealAgent on the App Store
Android: RealAgent on Google Play
2) Log in to your account on RealAgent App, click on “RealVision” tab.
3) Select Real360 > Scheduler > Unscheduled.
4) Choose either:

Add Now – to purchase new credits, or
-
Book Now – to use your existing credits.
5) Enter the address details and add any Add-On Services (e.g., weekend surcharge, additional sqft) if applicable.
6) Select your preferred date/timeslot and click "Book Now". You'll receive an email notification once your booking is confirmed.
7) Our technician will arrive at the scheduled time to complete the scan.
For New Users, or Users without existing credits:
You can either:
Option A — Get Assisted Setup
Contact us at +65 9751 2217 or help@realestateanalytics.sg.
An account manager will guide you through account setup, credit purchase, and your first booking.
Option B — Do-It-Yourself

Go to tech-rea.com, click Register Now, and complete your account setup.

Verify your account via the email link.

Download the RealAgent app:

Android: RealAgent on Google Play

Launch the app, log in, and go to RealVision > Real360 > Scheduler > Unscheduled.

Click Add Now to purchase credits.

Once payment is confirmed, return to the app to book:

Select Book Now, enter address details, add optional services, and choose your timeslot.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.

Our technician will come on the scheduled date to perform the scan.
