How do I change my email address/What if I forgot my email address?

You cannot change your email address directly via the New RealAgent App. Please go to the website to update your information following these steps: 

1. Go to https://tech-rea.com/ and log in
2. Click on your profile and click on “Change Email” 
3. Put in your New Email and click “Save” 
4. Receive an email containing the OTP in the new email address that you keyed in 
5. Key in the OTP to the website to verify 
6. Your email has been updated successfully

If you forgot your email address, you can resolve the issue by:

(1) Login with your CEA number as the Login ID.

(2) If (1) does not work, please reach out to our customer support with the following details: your full name, agency, CEA number, phone number. We will perform verification and once your details are verified, we will proceed to recover your registered email address.
