What does Estimated COV mean?

Estimated Cash Over Valuation (COV) refers to the amount the buyer paid on top of the valuation price for an HDB resale flat.

In RealAgent, you will see the different values for Estimated COV, such as:

• N.A. (Not Applicable): means the agent did not put the valuation price of the flat when submitting the transaction
• $0: means the valuation price and the transaction price are the same
• Any value more than $0: means the amount by which the transaction price exceeded the valuation price
