If there are no comparable transactions within the project, machine learning method will be used. It is trained on all transactions in the past 5 years, taking into account new sale comparable, resale comparable prices in the vicinity, and other market condition features.
When there are at least 2 comparable transactions, a combination of comparable and machine learning method will be used.
