My payment for the subscription failed/Payment uncollectible

Your payment method might have failed due to multiple reasons like expired credit card and was marked uncollectible by our system. Hence, your subscription is set to cancel by your expiry date. Please change your credit card details to continue your access to RealAgent.

To update your credit card details, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://tech-rea.com/ 
2. Log in to your account.
3. After you have logged in, click on your profile picture/your name on top right corner to enter the account overview page.
3. Click on 'Invoice History & Payment Methods' located at the left side bar.
4. Add a new payment method or update your existing payment method in the Stripe page.
