How quick is your Real-Time data, what do you mean by "Real-Time"?

The term "Real-Time" is derived because of the update frequency vs other sources.

Example: If an agent from our consortium submits a transaction today to their agency, the Agency will process and approve the transaction before sending to us. When we receive the transaction information, our app will display it almost instantly.

The same transaction will likely appear in government sources but with a delay due to their publication schedule. We will match the agency transaction to the government source when it is released on the government side.

However, please note that government sources do not reveal unit numbers for rental transactions, but RealAgent does. Hence, you should refer to our real-time data for specific unit number for rental transactions.
